Hi, I’m Jeremy Dutzy, a purpose-driven coach. For more than 30 years, I thrived in engineering, leading innovative teams and building solutions that shaped the future. Most recently, I served as a senior manager in manufacturing engineering at Rivian.

Despite my success, something deeper was missing. The constant grind, paired with health issues, left me questioning what truly mattered. At 50, I decided to pause and give myself space to figure out what a meaningful life could look like. I did not set out to become a coach. It simply evolved as I began sharing what I learned with others who were searching for the same clarity.

In June 2024, I hit the road full-time, and started over. Not because I had all the answers, but because I was ready to create a life that fully aligned with freedom, purpose, and authenticity. That leap turned into a mission, and I haven’t looked back.

Coaching With Purpose

Today, I help two types of people take bold steps forward:

• Early-career professionals, especially engineers, who want to stand out, grow with purpose, and unlock their potential without burning out.
• Working professionals stuck in the 9-to-5 who crave a more flexible, fulfilling life and are ready to make a real change.

As a coach, I’m especially passionate about helping engineers build lives that don’t revolve around work. With the right strategies in place early, it’s absolutely possible to retire by 50 (or even earlier). Why wait until the end to start truly living?

Purpose in Motion

My journey also led to founding Deuce Roams, a nonprofit dedicated to spreading positivity and helping outdoor lovers in need. It’s a living example of what’s possible when you stop settling and start building with intention, and it’s deeply woven into everything I do.

In fact, half of all profits from my coaching services are donated directly to Deuce Roams to fund acts of kindness, provide gear, and support those who dream of reconnecting with nature but lack the means. This isn’t just about success; it’s about making a difference.
